We have a few different therapy sessions:
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY: one on one therapy session with a licenced therapist and yourself.
MARRIAGE & FAMILY THERAPY: is with a licenced therapist, your family and yourself.
GROUP THERAPY: you are with many others that have similiar behaviors such as yourself in one whole group discussing varities of subjects about mental behavior health symposiums.
Psycho-social tools to teach calming skills. Tailored strategy for responding when angry thoughts and feelings occur.
Teach mother how to implement key parenting practices consistently.
Including rules for behavior, prompting postive behavior and use of postive reinforcements to encourage behavior and use clear direct instructions. As well as loss of privileges.
Psycho-social tools that work on basic living, self-care, and communication of personal wants and needs.
Use cognitive tools to teach, model, and role-play effective problem solving techniques (Stop, think, act.) Reinforce positive behaviors encourage client to use her new anger management skills.
Teach conflict resolution
Modeling, role-play, behavior reversal, to work through current issues.
Tools to work on behavioral management, moral reasoning, and social acceptance.
Assist in understanding the challenging mistaken beliefs that maintain a negative mood state.

Communication Skills: Case managers need to talk with clients and understand their needs. You will also need to speak with others on your client's behalf, and act as an advocate for them. Good listening skills, and speaking in an understandable way and being a good communicator is crucial.
Neurofeedback is a computer-aided training method in which selected parameters of the patient´s own brain activity, which can normally not be perceived, are made visible to the patient. Via monitor and loudspeaker the brain is shown what it is doing at the moment
